Criminality and Security

In Moldova the crime rate is relatively low. There are instances of so-called domestic violence, pickpockets and others. The number of car thefts and burglary is relatively small.

There are registered isolated cases of power showdowns between criminal groups and persons. But there is no evidence that such actions were directed at or concerned Bulgarian citizens.
